Although new exercise routines and regimens seem to appear on a daily basis, don't overlook the original piece of stationary exercise equipment, the bike! The benefits of using an exercise bike are numerous and diversified. Cycling cardio classes are suited to a very broad spectrum of people: beginning exercisers, elite athletes, those returning from injuries, seniors, teenagers….you get the picture.
A type of group physical training program conducted by gyms, personal trainers, and former military personnel. These programs are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1 hour period of time.
Boot Camp training often commences with dynamic stretching and running, followed by a wide variety of interval training, including lifting weights/objects, pulling rubber TRX straps, pushups/situps, plyometrics, and various types of intense explosive routines.
TRX Suspension training bodyweight exercises that develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension that delivers a fast, effective total body workout. Helps build a rock solid core, increases muscular endurance, benefits people of all fitness levels (pro athletes to seniors).
PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.
Barre workouts are designed to "burn out" muscle groups and get results. With smart, no impact movements, we can safely target muscles without straining or creating injury. Barre will strengthen your core, legs, arms and spine. Barre is for all ages and all fitness levels.
The studio will run on a punch card system. 10 "punches" for $120+tax or 20 "punches" for $200+tax (or drop-in for $15+tax). Punch cards offer the most risk-free and convenient way to participate.

A studio is a single purpose "in" and "out", simple, easy to reserve, easy to purchase, easy to participate. Let’s face it finding time to work out is tough enough without getting to the gym only to find a class is full. Classes at many different times of the day to suit the working population.
The Cardio Connection offers a convenient web reservation system in which you can book days in advance. People don’t want to be locked in to long term memberships and having to "join".
No waiting in line, no calling the night before to reserve. You can easily reserve online, show up 5 minutes before the class and enjoy! The environment is comfortable. The Cardio Connection will offer fun and challenging classes some of which are not offered anywhere else in the area. New classes will be added as often as possible to change things up. All fitness levels are welcome in any class.
